Refunds Policy

"No Refunds" will be granted on goods or services. This means:

Unused coaching sessions WILL NOT be refunded. Sessions may be transferred or exchanged for other products.

Purchase is final on books and tapes - no refunds or exchanges are available. We will replace damaged stock if postage included insurance, and the damaged stock is returned.

We do offer credit which is transferrable.

Pricing
All prices include GST for Australian orders.
Overseas orders are "ex-tax" because no GST is payable on exports.

Coaching Pre-payment
Coaching must be prepaid.

Coaching must be paid in advance in 4 session blocks, at least 48 hours before commencement of coaching.

Postage and handling

All postage includes insurance and delivery confirmation or trackability.

This does cost a little extra but means we can track down your parcel if there is a delivery error, or it will be replaced at no cost to you.

If you are concerned about saving money on postage email your order to us for a quotation using a discounted carrier. DO NOT include credit card details in email we can make arrangements for your order by fax or telephone.

Cheque payments
We do accept cheque payments. Your order will be filed until the cheque has been received and cleared.
